Chromebook Problems or Broken?

To assist our students with technical issues during these difficult times, the School District is providing technology support to students that have software and hardware issues. Students can access a support line at 562-602-6088 or email at pusdstudentsupport@paramount.k12.ca.us for program and software issues. Additionally, District technology staff has set up a Chromebook technical support area in the District office (ROP Portable). Starting Monday, March 23rd, parents and students will be able to bring their District issued Chromebooks that are non-functional or having technical issues for repair or replacement at no charge. Technical services will be provided Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 12:00pm in the portable building located in the parking lot of the District office. We will be communicating this and more with Paramount families this weekend.
